Quality Guarantee

The UNIOO Quality Guarantee is valid from the day of purchase and entitles the purchaser to Free Warranty Service. Service not covered under Warranty will incure charges. See the Warranty Period, Free Service, and Non-Warranty Charges sections below for more information.

Warranty Period

The Warranty Period extends for twelve months from purchase date.

Free Warranty Service

Free Warranty Service is limited to cases involving correct operation of your UNIOO mobile power product, within the Warranty Period.

Non-Warranty Charges

Customers will incur a repair charge for repairs rendered after the warranty period has expired, or in case of no warranty or no Warranty Card, or for damages or malfunctions caused by the user, as follows:

• Malfunction caused by user repair or rebuilding.
• Product disassembly by the user.
• Damage due to incorrect connection of device.
• Damage by storage in a hot or humid location, or by submerging product (water, coffee or beverage).
• Repair by unauthorized service center.
• Defects or malfunctions due to acts of God.
• User's failure to follow the instructions in the manual.
